Well-Architected™ Framework Review & Remediation Process
1. Request WAR Review
Complete the Well-Architected Review request form.
2. NDA, MSA, SOW
Execute NDA, Master Services Agreement (MSA), and Well-Architected Scope of Work
3. Schedule Review
Schedule and perform WA Interview meeting, 2-4 hour interview.
On-Site or Remote.
4. Review Findings
Complete the Well-Architected Review request form.
5. Remediate Issues
Remediate all prioritized High Risk Issues (HRI's) Identified.
6. WA Retrospective
Schedule and perform project Review/Retro meeting and document next steps.
